Our experienced Director provides a focused and bespoke service to successfully meet the client's resourcing needs. This is achieved through a close working relationship which leads to a process tailored to the client and the remit. We believe in being flexible around our clients needs.
For our clients we can offer recruitment solutions at all levels in their organisations. We are able to recruit Junior Administration and Support Staff through to specialist Fundraisers and Chief Executives. All of our roles are handled by one of our Directors, both of whom have over 10 years experience working at Langton and recruiting a variety of roles for the not for profit sector.
Our approach to our candidates is also dedicated. We spend time with all our candidates whose careers we are working on, ensuring that we match candidates to not just the right job title, but the right type of role within the right organisation.

Our Director.
Langton N4P is headed up by our – Heidi Earp
Heidi Earp has worked in the recruitment industry since 2002 and prior to joining Langton was the Manager of the temporary division of another recruitment agency. At Langton N4P, Heidi is responsible for candidate liaison, handling our PSL work and heads up temporary recruitment whilst also overseeing all junior level placements. Outside of work Heidi volunteers for two local charities in Essex and was a volunteer at the 2012 Paralympic Games.
